We’ve all heard the saying “an apple a day keeps the doctor away.” Well a banana a day might just lower your blood pressure, or at least help keep it at a safe level. Bananas are a tremendous source of potassium , potassium is one of the essential minerals that helps us maintain normal blood pressure.
